Founded in 1990 by
Jerry and Nyla Roush, the agency exemplifies
professionalism and a dedication to excellence
while remaining available to retail agencies
of any size. This philosophy will remain
unchanged as Melanie (Roush) and Gabriel
Derzhavets continue to assume ownership.
This crest
was bestowed upon the Rausch family
in Bavaria in the early 1500s. The
spelling was changed to Roush when
our ancestors arrived in America
between 1736 and 1738.
